ABOUT THE FOREVER FIERCE FOUNDATION
The Forever Fierce Foundation was inspired by Claire Rose Russell. Claire was diagnosed with a bone cancer called Ewing’s Sarcoma at just four years old. During Claire’s grueling treatment, she remained upbeat and positive, earning the Shakespeare quote “though she be but little, she is fierce” as her slogan. Today is the start of Go Gold for childhood cancer. Just like Go Pink in October we want people to do the same for our kids for the month of September. Don’t our babies deserve at least as much awareness as our boobies! 😳
Childhood cancer kills more kids every year than aids, diabetes, cystic fibrosis and asthma COMBINED. It is the NUMBER ONE disease killer of our children. Yep I didn’t know that either before Abri was diagnosed. It is NOT rare!🎗 ~ Abris’s mommy
