As lovers of fitness and being healthy, we have both tried numerous work out programs. Whether it’s an aerobic class at the gym or an at home DVD, we have done a little of everything! One thing we both agree on is our Love for the 21 Day Fix program! It’s easily in my top 3 if not my Favorite!!! Autumn Calabrese, the creator of 21DF is a genius! She has simplified working out and eating right and done so in a fashion where you WILL see results in 21 days. This is not a crash diet, it’s actually putting in the work. Every Day. Why 21 days? Because that is how long it takes to make or break a habit!

The fitness program consists of 7 different work outs– One of each day of the week! This is key because having variety really helps one stick to the program without getting bored!! They range from Cardio fix to yoga fix and everything in between! Along with 7 great work outs, Autumn teaches you what portion control is and you will learn this with no counting points or weighing food! The program comes with 7 color coded containers that coordinate with food groups! Its simple and Anyone can do it!!

This program is proof  you do not need to spend hours working out or eat only chicken and green beans to lose weight and get fit! I used to be a gym junkie wasting time on the commute, making sure my outfit matched, planning what workout to do once I got there and then guessing as to whether I was eating too much or not enough and wondering  why I wasn’t getting results! Now I only exercise for 30 minutes a day, in the comfort of my home, usually in my boxers ;). The best part is no guessing about what I am eating..its all planned out and I am in the best shape ever.  Anyone, anywhere can do this!
