On Tuesday, December 31, Tres Kitchen and Bar invites guests to ring in the New Year with a special four-course prix fixe menu includes:
Amuse — Mini Pork Shanks with soft polenta and wild mushroom ragout
Taste (Choice of one) — Red Pepper Soup with Dungeness crab, avocado and chives or Roasted Beet Salad with organic baby lettuces, pistachios, goat cheese fritter and jerez vinaigrette
Entrée Plates (Choice of one) — Porter Braised Short Rib with canoe bone lobster tail, natural jus, and root vegetable mash or Steelhead Trout with lump crab, asparagus, bearnaise, lobster velouté and chateau potato
Dessert Sampler — Champagne Strawberry Parfait, Tuxedo Ivara Chocolate Cake, and Bourbon White Chocolate Pecan Bread Pudding
Tres opens at 2:00 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, and will be offering its happy hour menu only through 5:00 p.m. The four-course prix fixe menu is available beginning at 5:00 p.m. Cost is $60+ per person and reservations can be made by calling 480-897-5300 or booking online at www.trestempe.com.
