Phoenix City Grille is closing out 2019 with a feast for the senses! Exclusively on New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, beginning at 3:00 p.m. guests can enjoy the following specialty dishes created with the celebration of a New Year in mind:
Surf and Turf — Coffee-Rubbed Wood-Grilled 5-ounce Beef Tenderloin with guajillo-marinated wild Mexican jumbo prawns, Manchego Pima grits, roasted Brussels sprouts, cognac demi-glace, and brown butter vinaigrette for $42.
Chula Seafood Jumbo Sea Scallops with vanilla-parsnip puree, crispy speck, apple-bourbon relish, pea tendrils and barrel-aged balsamic reduction for $34.
Chula Seafood Blue Nose Bass with celery root puree, caramelized fennel bulb, Arkansas black apple-hazelnut smoked beet relish, Meyer lemon champagne vinaigrette, and purple radish sprouts for $33.
New England Clam Chowder featuring smoked bacon, sea clams, fresh herbs, potatoes and cream is also being offered as a starter for $6 per cup or $11 for a bowl.
