WHAT: The longest running motorsports event in Arizona is returning to the valley this November. The 49th Annual Western World Sprint Car Championships are coming to Arizona Speedway, November 4th and 5th, 2016. See the “best of the best” in sprint car racing from all over the country racing in 360 and 410 Sprint Car Nationals. Two action packed nights, under the Arizona stars with over 50 cars attempting to make the feature show. Two nights, one great place and only one time a year.

Arizona Speedway has been home to sprint car racing for almost ten years, with multiple tracks located on the property hosting a variety of events almost every weekend of the year
including amateur and professional dirt car racing with sanctioning bodies like USAC, ASCS and more. Jonah Trussel, owner and operator of the facility is personally responsible for bringing the World of Outlaws, the most famous and longest running series in sprint car racing, back to the Valley of the Sun in 2016 after almost a ten year absence.
